The careers programme is designed to meet the needs of students at Simon Balle School. It is differentiated and personalised to ensure progression through activities that are appropriate to students’ stages of career learning, planning and development.
Some of the ways the programme is delivered is through curriculum subjects, form tutor time, work experience, Enterprise Week and individual interviews. The school works closely with the Connexions service and other outside agencies to make sure all students feel secure and informed about their future pathways.
