The Performing Arts Department consists of Drama, Dance and Film Studies. Drama and Dance at Simon Balle are expanding rapidly and we have increasing numbers opting to do both GCSE and A-level. This year we will be performing at the Shakespeare School's Festival and we are working closely with the Music Department to put on our annual School Production.
We offer Film Studies at A-level and this is a popular choice. We achieve excellent results. We are looking to make the subject increasingly practical.
